Self-doubt is simply lack of confidence in one's actions, decisions or judgement. This is one of the major reasons many ideas were not explored. Statistics shows that over 85% people are victims of self-doubt and it's amazing to note that even those who are the best at what they do still experience moments of self-doubt 1 . I listened to a Ted talk by Mario Lanzarotti 2 and I realized self-doubt can be used to our advantage when we don't sink in or get stuck in the feeling.
